Precision Shower Screen for 

The INTEGRATED MEMBRANE SHOWER SCREEN designed by I.M.S. and 100% made in Italy, consists of a special membrane built inside the supporting body of the shower and has a filtering capacity of 200 μM.

All the holes in the screen are individually laser cut. The narrow and precise holes in the membrane will both slow the initial flow rate of the water and avoid build up of residue and grime behind the screen.

By being manufactured as a single piece, the body is strengthened and the surface is completely smooth, we have found this shower to last longer and deliver a more consistent performance over the time. After a month of testing we have found no build up behind the screen and same flow rate that we had at time of installation.

The main difference in the making of these products compared to normal showers and baskets are:

Standard showers and baskets are "pressed" and the shape of the hole is a pyramid. On the IMS the holes are individually made and the shape is a cone, the shape and internal surface of the holes does not present any sharp corners and is absolutely smooth, making all the fat and grease components of the coffee slide down and avoid obstructing the holes.
