The Regional Clàssico represents harvests from the Minas Gerais region and is the ideal coffee bean for consistency in milk-based espressos. The natural process gives it the medium to full weight, soft citric acidity, caramel, milk chocolate, nougat, roasted nuts and raisin flavours.
Regional coffees are a collection of green beans that represent a coffee growing area and provide a reliable offering each season that's popular for blends. This label utilises harvested coffee beans from small-holder farmers that do not become a micro-lot offering.
