Iris Estate Afterglow Geisha Cascara - Coffee Cherry Tea

Deborah’s geisha grows slowly on beautiful, 8 year old trees and at extreme altitude. This allows the coffee to develop its unique and complex flavor profile.

Cascara, which means "husk", "peel" or "skin" in Spanish, is the dried skins of coffee cherries. The pulped skins are then collected after the seeds (aka coffee beans) have been re-moved from the cherries, and finally they are sun-dried before being ready to brew with!

Geisha coffee from Panama has become world renowned for it's incredible quality and amongst the leading farms is the famed Morgan Estate. Producer Jamison Savage has been farming Geisha for several years and has won many awards for his commitment to producing the highest quality. This Cascara no exception!
