This 75-minute session is designed as a progression of experiences: four curated drinks crafted using coffees from Iris Estate and Finca Deborah, in collaboration with Shaun Liew of Curate Coffee Roasters, paired with guided storytelling by Jamison himself.
As he shares the philosophies behind his precision processing, regenerative farming, and vision-driven approach, you’ll explore how intention, environment, and technique come together in every cup.
This experience also marks the launch of Iris Estate’s Sidra, a new varietal from the 2025 harvest—served exclusively at this event.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
